Why does the meeting cost money?

Alex will use his ten-plus years of experience in design and marketing to help you make fruitful decisions around your company brand design. Alex makes this convenient by coming to you. Alex also spends at least one and a half hours getting to know you and your company, personally. While many designers simply quote projects, Alex works with you to provide wholistic brand solutions, in order to help ensure the money you spend has a meaningful impact on your business's bottom line.

Do I get credit for buying a meeting?

Yes, the cost of the meeting will be subtracted from the price of any design work you buy from us.

What do I get?

The meeting includes 1.5 hours of in person dialogue with Alex, as well as a custom 1-sheet outline in your hands to help guide you with all your marketing efforts. The cost of the meeting also includes the price of any design quotes you would like from us.

What does in-person meeting mean?

Alex will meet you personally at a location anywhere in the Greater Toronto Area that is convenient for you. This will allow us to get to know one another in-person and determine whether we will work well together. If you live anywhere else Alex will meet you on a face-to-face video call. A meeting by phone is also an option.

What if I need to cancel after buying?

You may cancel with 24 hours notice or earlier and receive a full refund, otherwise the total is non-refundable.
